company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and offering data center
support services throughout North America and the world. The
company was founded in 1990 and has continued to grow every year
since its inception. The three-building Arizona campus houses
executive management and support, a call center and help desk, and
a logistics center.

STG provides data center support services to medium to large
companies throughout the world. Our services include hardware
maintenance, installs, adds, moves and changes (IMACs),
end-of-service-life (EOSL) support, service/help desk, operating
system software support, managed services, staff augmentation and
more.

STG provides data center support services throughout North
America and across the world. Within the United States, we provide
service to every zip code. In addition, we provide support to all
regions of Canada.
Q: What equipment manufacturers does STG
support?
STG provides maintenance and support for virtually all
manufacturers' equipment, including (but not limited to) HP,
Compaq, IBM, Dell, Unisys, Cisco, SUN, and EMC. We cover
everything from mainframes to desktops, laptops, printers, and
other peripherals. STG provides operating systems software support
for IBM, HP, Sun, Dell, Microsoft, SUSE, Red Hat and many more.
Q: How much does STG charge for support
services?
STG is very competitive. We customize our services to meet each
customer's unique needs in order to eliminate unneccessary
costs. We assess our customer's data center
equipment to determine what service levels are appropriate, and
provide a proposal for our services. In most cases, we are 40% to
60% lower than the original equipment manufacturer for
infrastructure maintenance and support.
