Data Center Deployment
STG can build and deploy all types of data centers, from a few
servers to multi-rack systems with cross-platform, cross-vendor,
network, and end-point integration. We take the time to understand
our customers' needs, create a plan using the best hardware and
software to meet those needs, provide a fixed-price bid, and
complete the project on time and within budget.
Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD)
STG supports companies' evolving IT environments with
technicians certified to professionally install and integrate new
equipment-or uninstall and crate-all without interrupting other
systems. We analyze customers' business needs and use fixed-price
bidding on IMACD projects to provide accurate costs for budgeting
and ensure desired results.
We also specialize in maximizing current equipment life and
effectiveness through targeted upgrades, adding or replacing CPUs,
memory, and storage to extend and increase capacity. Our services
include analysis of current systems and specific
recommendations.
Software Implementation
STG provides services for implementing software and applications
within a single system or across an entire enterprise. Our
expertise ensures full integration with the customer's existing
software, appropriate training for end users, and staffing support
for remote or in-house software administration.
Virtualization
We implement expert virtualizations that make full use of
customers' existing equipment capacity without the cost or
complication of adding physical server hardware.
Application Migration
We offer comprehensive application migration including migrating
legacy mail applications to Exchange applications to cloud
services, managing every phase from requirements analysis and
project planning to installation, data migration, testing, and
final production.
Hardware Monitoring
STG can actively monitor systems to maintain the overall health
of hardware and IT infrastructure. Through custom or
industry-standard monitoring and reporting solutions, we can watch
for impending faults or bottlenecks and prevent failures.
We also provide hardware monitoring with three avenues of remote
support:
Dedicated VPN access from
our Phoenix, AZ data center and virtual workstations to the
customer's equipment:
For instances where we have management responsibility for the
data center, we are able to continuously monitor systems and
interactively respond to issues. Our VPN equipment is a Cisco
Security Appliance, consistently upgraded and maintained to ensure
our network is always secure.
Temporary remote access:
For instances where customer equipment or software requires only
periodic intervention, we establish a tunnel connection with a
secure shell protocol on a per-session basis. This ensures that the
customer's data is secure as it crosses the network, the customer
can monitor each remote session, and that our representatives
require new credentials each time they access the customer's
system. The workstations we use for remote access are Linux-based
with limited Internet access, preventing any unauthorized
infiltration or compromise.
Phone support:
For instances where the customer has the technical resources
available in-house to communicate and work with our representative,
we can provide phone support for issue diagnosis and
resolution.
