The interview process

To ensure that we hire the most appropriate individuals for STG opportunities, we conduct a thorough review and interview process. A member of our team may contact you to discuss your resume or CV. This may result in a first interview with that team member, who will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a higher level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work with STG. If you are selected to participate in a second interview, you will likely meet with STG executives to discuss your skills and experiences in more depth.

You will then be contacted regarding the status of your application, following your second interview.
